Basement Concrete Pumping

Basement Concrete Pumping in Toronto & the GTA

Pump hose placing concrete into a foundation

Pouring a basement floor with wheelbarrows means hours of heavy work, concrete going off before it is placed and a mess through the house. With a line pump the concrete goes straight from the truck through a window, a side door or an opening in the foundation to exactly where your crew needs it.

Typical Basement Jobs

  • New basement floors and slab replacements
  • Underpinning and basement lowering
  • Bench footings
  • Walk-out and separate basement entrances
  • Cold rooms and crawl spaces

Why a Line Pump Works for Basements

  • The line runs down the side yard of a Toronto semi or townhouse where no truck can go.
  • The concrete is placed fast and evenly, so your finishers can work the whole floor at the same time.
  • No wheelbarrows through the house – less cleanup and less risk of damage.
  • A small crew can pour a full basement in about an hour.

Price

Most basement floors are done within the first hour: $800 + HST, including travel, setup and washout. Extra time is $200 per hour. See full pricing.

  • Have the gravel base, vapour barrier and mesh or rebar in place.
  • Open the window or access point the line will go through.
