A Powerful Line Pump: 40 m³ per Hour and Up to 300 ft of Line

Our HAMAC DHBT40 line pump, driven by a Cummins diesel engine, delivers up to 40 cubic metres of concrete per hour (about 52 yd³/h) through 4-inch steel and rubber line, with standard runs up to 300 ft (about 90 m). Need to go further? Longer runs can be arranged with advance notice.
Why Output Matters
- Faster pours, smaller bill. You pay by the hour. A pump that keeps up with the trucks finishes sooner.
- Better concrete. Concrete placed quickly and continuously means fewer cold joints and a more even finish.
- No waiting trucks. Ready-mix trucks discharge fast and leave – no standby charges from the plant.
- Your crew keeps moving. Finishers aren’t standing around waiting for concrete.
How Long Will My Pour Take?
| Job | Typical volume | Pumping time at full output* |
|---|---|---|
| Basement floor, Toronto semi | 6–10 m³ | about 15 minutes |
| Footings for an addition | 5–15 m³ | under 30 minutes |
| Backyard patio or pool deck | 8–20 m³ | about 30 minutes |
| Foundation walls / ICF | 20–40 m³ | about 1 hour |
*In practice the pace is set by truck arrival and your finishing crew, and ICF walls are poured in controlled lifts. The point is simple: our pump will never be what slows your job down.
Distance: 300 ft Standard, Longer on Request
Standard runs are up to 300 feet (about 90 metres) of 4-inch line – enough for nearly any house in the GTA, from the street to the back of the lot or down into the basement. For longer runs, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange it with advance notice.
Reliable Equipment, 24/7
